Why not learn a new 'hobby' ...!
Those of you who are regular viewers of the 'Newsletter' will have probably already connected to a few of my earlier 'Colour-IN' workshops - or, external workshop links.
A few weeks ago: (as shared within a 'weekly update') I ordered some new sewing material (I also make good use of 'charity shops' ['thrift stores']) ready to begin a new 'clothing project'. I've yet to find the perfect 'sewing pattern' - but I'm hopeful that once found, I will have the 'skills and abilities' needed in order to 'sew it through' ...
I realised that: as my 'creative arts: skills & abilities' have developed gradually 'over a period of time', this level of 'insight' could also be best shared through the 'creative arts: skills & abilities' of others, too.
This week: I'd like to share the following links (also suitable for the most 'inexperienced sewist'), with you ...
In the beginning ...
Then there was 'thread' ...
Putting the pieces together...
Why not learn to paint with acrylics ...!
Or - print out and 'Colour-IN' ...
If you don't have your own printer ... then: you have my permission to 'print out' these pages at your local library or copy shop ...
This puzzle is called: 'Mahjong' - and, I discovered this favourite past-time from
online 'English' learners, who live in China!
Click on: and connect the 'pairs' - this is a 'strategic plan view', based on many levels.
(It's a little more complicated than you think [and, you can always 'restart'].)
Recommendation: please have a snack and a drink ready - and, remember to take a break, too!
Answers - for last month's puzzle!
