Life & Language Coaching with Jacqueline
Hi, my name is Jacqueline – and: I live in, and work from, the UK.
In 2023 - I achieved the:
CMI Level 7 Diploma in Leadership Coaching & Mentoring
"I soon realised that the ‘skills and abilities’, which served well within the ‘workplace’, also ‘transferred’ well, into ‘remote work’ and ‘study’ - and, this also led me to ‘return to learning at postgraduate level’."
Jacqueline achieved: a ‘triple distinction’, on a (UK) level 7 plan and an Award (in 'business skills') at Level 8 [alongside certificates and short courses in 'Teaching', an advanced diploma in Life Skills Coaching and also that of a 'Hypnotherapy Practitioner', amongst others]).
"I also began to recognise, that: by ‘adapting to change' (and reviewing my own mindset in a totally different way) I would be able to continue on with my own links of ‘lifelong learning’', too ..."
Coaching & Mentoring
What's the difference?
What happens when you begin to receive and also recognise new
'Coaching & Mentoring Skills'?
The diagram: provides a visual explanation, which interprets the integrative use of ‘Kolb’s’ methodology, ‘within practice’.
It highlights a generic ‘strategic’ (‘step-by-step' small-goals) approach: which can also be used to help build a ‘coaching culture’ within business or when working 'remotely'.
What happens if you're no longer based within a 'workplace' ?
The Coaching Plan: offers varying levels of ongoing connection, designed to help you consider ways to build upon your own links of 'personal development' from within or outside of the workplace.
‘The Coaching Practice’: also recognises that links of ‘coaching & mentoring’ will often be implemented within the ‘induction’ of ‘staff’ (at all levels). This ‘enhanced’ skills ‘approach’, when ‘integrated’ (at varying levels) may often then integrate within ‘transferable’ workplace ‘coaching & mentoring’ skills, (from ‘supervisory structures’ into the ‘general workforce’ [‘employee to employee coaching’]).
Wouldn't it be great, if we could all support each other?
The Coaching Plan: also supports the idea of 'Better Sleep' in support of general wellbeing ...
e-Coaching and Mentoring Support
If you are beginning to feel a little ‘overwhelmed’ with the idea of ‘change’ or the constant need to become ‘more adaptable’, in the workplace (or within study [or you'd just like to 'connect' with others 'remotely']) - then, you might find that a little support in finding new ways of working [and or study] (by ‘recognising' the ‘skills’ you already have) could help you to maintain the feelings of being more comfortable, safe and even empowered within ‘connective’ e-coaching support.
The three-step COACHING PRACTICE:
The INNER-HAPPINESS WORKBOOK (and other WORKBOOKS in the series) - have been designed to help, by encouraging you to consider ‘what you have now’ and ‘how you could achieve more’, just by ‘acknowledging’ and even ‘adapting’, so as to begin to change your own ‘mindset’.
Objectives: Another New Year filled with Aspirations!
How many of us begin the each year with a ‘resolution’: when, we could begin by becoming more ‘aspired’ and perhaps gain so much more?
WHY ASPIRATION, rather than ‘resolution’?
You will see that I have used the idea of 'aspiration' rather than 'resolution' in the hope of instilling the idea of 'goal-setting: towards' rather than 'I promise to ... .'
This is because outwardly, for some, it might just seem almost impossible to actually implement, action and even continue with, the idea of 'immediate change' - if it just doesn't seem do-able, viable or even achievable.
Like when we work to learn [or Teach]: a new 'language' to another - whereby, a 'step-by-step' and 'continued practice approach' is often the key.
When we 'aspire': we are allowing ourselves to 'dream', to begin to believe that we are worthy and that we have permission to progress forward towards 'the very thing that we believe that will help us to succeed'.
The only thing is: sometimes we might need to 'self-clarify' our own 'skill-set' in order to help ensure that we already have the necessary skills and abilities in order to actually achieve and or visualize our actuality [or dream].
I am a graduate who ‘re-trained’ using a ‘transferable skill-set’: so as to begin to work in a more modern and ‘structured way’ - whilst, still also maintaining my own links of ‘creativity’.
I soon realised that the ‘skills and abilities’, which served well within the ‘workplace’, also ‘transferred’ well, into ‘remote working’ and ‘study’ - and, this also led me to ‘return to higher levels of postgraduate learning’ (where I achieved a ‘triple distinction’, at (UK) level 7 and an Award at Level 8).
Cpd and further study: I continue to maintain an interest in 'personal-development' and 'business management': and have attained certificates in 'Teaching', an advanced diploma in Life Skills Coaching and that of a 'Hypnotherapy Practitioner', amongst others - by ‘adapting to change and accessing my own mindset’ in a totally different way. By continuing on with my own links of ‘lifelong learning’ ...
… I literally began to ‘BELIEVE IN’ my own skills and abilities …
Within the COACHING PRACTICE: I offer 'active listening' skills, using techniques based on both 'coaching & mentoring' (and 'mindfulness') - but, more importantly, I truly 'BELIEVE' that I can offer you a little more ‘remote support’, too.
First devised in 2008: JMMCommLifeSkillsCoaching.com is the extension of an 'interpersonal initiative' which continues to offer a link of external (self-led) and often interim 'motivational' support.
The coaching-practice: continues to be developed for use by management level groups (a human resource link) and or individuals, whilst also including external coaching clients who aspire to achieve a link of work recognition at management level [particularly, when 'implementing new levels of confidence'
in their ['English: Speaking & Listening' skills], through the use of Coaching Workshops (offering impartial support [and or skills in 'active-listening'] alongside links of 'self-led referral') and using themes and techniques found within Advanced Personal Development - albeit initially at 'surface level'.
Mission Statement:
Based on a belief system that maintains the concept that 'motivation' begins from within - and, that by engaging in personal development, at working practice level (aligned to senior management [over-seen within a level of strategic direction]), the coaching-practice continues to serve and support individuals and or groups to become more motivated in their general outlook.
The intention: to help create a driving-force towards acknowledged transferable individual links of success, whilst also accessing available resources and or external links of (CPD) support.
The coaching-practice: continues to be both aligned and intrinsic to external businesses, staff
(or freelance pool) and or (future) clients via the use of designated resources (digital, workbooks and or events) - and, any links of external resource and or support ( - i.e. self-led referral via the coaching practice and or other links of web presence).
Wishing you a wonderful week!
Jacqueline
